At Mitzi, we want you to love your lighting as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard fixtures in their original packaging. Please note that installed items or custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive your return authorization.

Pack with Care

Carefully repack the fixture in its original box with all internal protective packaging, hardware, and instructions included to ensure safe transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring any old labels are completely covered.

Drop Off and Refund

Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
